Star Bharat is gearing up to fascinate its viewers with an amazing new series set to premiere by the end of January 2023. The show will be produced by Film Farm Productions The show’s creators have locked Vibhav Roy in the male lead role. Vibhav Roy is making his comeback in a television show after a gap of 4 years, after being a part of some well-known OTT web series he will be soon as ‘Som’ in Star Bharat’s upcoming show ‘Meri Saas Bhoot Hai’.
He says, “I’m immensely excited to be part of the show as the show hold a unique touch to it, and talking about the genre it’s a nice blend of drama and fun which makes it a complete dramedy show. Dramedy is something I’ve never tried before, so this would be my first attempt. As I’ve enjoyed watching this genre a lot, and I expect to like it just as much when I play it on screen. I eagerly anticipate this show as an opportunity to learn because it’s yet another exciting chance to do so.
The story is set in Banaras, and we intend to convey the global atmosphere while maintaining a pan-Indian appeal.”
The two central characters in the story are ‘Gaura’ and ‘Rekha’ will be played by Kajal Chauhan and Sushmita Mukherjee respectively. The narrative of the plot will be a light drama with humorous parts to show the relationship between a mother-in-law and a daughter-in-law.
