Due to Shutdown of Sonia Vihar Water Works of DJB non availability of potable water in some parts of NDMC area.
Due to the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has announced a shutdown of the Sonia Vihar Water Works, the following areas of New Delhi Municipal Council will be affected by this disruption :
Jor Bagh, Lodhi Colony, B.K. Dutt Colony, Karbala, Aliganj, Golf Links, Bharti Nagar, Pandara Park, Pandara Road, Bapa Nagar, Kaka Nagar, High Court, Laxmi Bai Nagar, East Kidwai Nagar, West Kidwai Nagar, Tughlaq Crescent, Subramaniyam Bharti Marg, Ravinder Nagar, Khan Market, Lodhi Estate, Akbar Road, Amrita Shergill Marg, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Road, Prithvi Raj Road, Tees January Road, Shahjahan Road, Dr. Zakir Hussain Marg, and surrounding areas.
NDMC urged the residents to use water judiciously during this period.
