Sangam Vihar Women Empowerment Felicitation Ceremony was organized with simplicity. Smt Maya Bhist newly elected President BJP South District was honored with a shawl,bouquet and momento by Senior BJP Leader Dr Vijay Jolly.
Chief Guest on this occasion was Ramvir Singh Bidhuri,BJP Member of Parliament,South Delhi along with Special Invitee Sangam Vihar MLA Chandan Kumar Choudhry .Deoli MCD Councilor Smt.Anita Singhal, newly elected Vice Chairman MCD South Zone MCD was also honored.Sangam Vihar BJP Mandal 169-C & Deoli(Sangam Vihar) BJP Mandal Presidents namely Chandra Prakash Yadav & Smt.Balwinder Kaur were also present.
BJP South Delhi MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri stated that soon Rs 2500 shall be remitted in bank accounts of Delhi Women after completing all online formalities.He also stated that during 11 years of Modi Govt in India,various govt schemes were introduced for Women Empowerment.Namely 33%Women reservation in State Assemblies & Parliament,Free LPG connections to 10 crore women,Lakhpati Didi Yojana,Free Salaries to pregnant women and 12 weeks pregnancy leave increased to 26 weeks, pregnant women & breast milk feeding women allocated Rs 18,593 crores, under Sukhanya Samaridhi Scheme 4.2 crore Women bank accounts opened, in Pradhan Mantri Housing scheme 73% housing reserved for women, in pradhan mantri Mundra Yojana 68% women bank accounts, Stand Up Scheme benefitting 74% women entrepreneurs and Women recruitment mandatory in Indian Armed Forces ect.
