In Delhi NCR, snacking is on the rise, with 58% of consumers reporting a rise in snacking consumption, according to the STTEM 2.0 report, reflecting a shift towards convenient, ready-to-eat formats. This behaviour is driven by strong preferences for taste and ease, with 77% of Indians opting for crispy snacks, 81% viewing frozen snacks as a quick solution for hunger, and 83% consuming them for their easy accessibility.Within non-vegetarian snacks, 35% of consumers prefer Chicken Momos, while 64% are open to experimenting with international flavours, signalling growing demand for both familiar and global tastes.
